This second in the series of “Dragonfly for Industry” webinars focuses on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Dragonfly is well known for its best-in-class AI tools, but its application in industry is not so widely known yet. In this webinar we use different real-world application examples to showcase how AI and deep learning works in Dragonfly, how to train your own model and how to apply it. The cases make use of industrial computed tomography data and the webinar is suitable for both new and experienced Dragonfly users.

About the presenter:
Prof Anton du Plessis is Global Business Development Manager at Comet Technologies Canada Inc. He is passionate about the use of X-ray tomography for advanced materials analysis. He is also Editor-in-Chief of the Elsevier journal Tomography of Materials and Structures and holds an extraordinary appointment as Associate Professor at Stellenbosch University, South Africa.
The Dragonfly for Industry webinar series is aimed at showcasing the most useful tools in Dragonfly's software for industrial applications. It takes a simple approach suitable for beginner users, but can be used by experienced users as a refresher. Some advanced topics are included to enhance the experience for experienced users, and to give new users an idea of the extensive capabilities of the software.
